Order Notification Email Settings

1. Formspree Static Email Setup
Every order alert arrives from submissions@formspree.io (NEVER changes!). Add that ONE address to your phone contacts / VIP list and it will never land in Spam!
2. Web3Forms Setup
Powered by AWS SES infrastructure. Note: Uses unique sender tags per notification.
Direct Email (FormSubmit)
Standard email routing. Sends from static submissions@formsubmit.co.
Because automated notification services send alerts from automated servers, strict email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) may filter them to Spam until you whitelist them:
- Gmail Users: In Gmail, click the search bar options at the top → put
submissions@web3forms.comin the From field → click Create filter → check "Never send it to Spam" → click Create filter. - Outlook / Yahoo / Apple Mail: Add
submissions@web3forms.comto your Contacts / Address Book. Email apps never mark saved contacts as spam!
